Impact Solutions was formed in October 2002 and is going from strength to strength, we are a small company based in Hertfordshire with national accounts all over the UK. With a limited number of loyal, balanced, professional staff; we ensure our customers either large or small get the best possible attention at all times. I formed Impact for many reasons one being complete customer care and satisfaction. I wanted Impact’s clients to be able to call ONE company who could cater for all their business needs, all under ONE ROOF! At the time of formation there was no company that could provide the service or services I was intending to deliver to my customers. Still to this date I'm not aware of one. Impact offers the complete business solution! Customer service is Impact's number one priority along with an unrivalled quality of work with a fast turnaround. Due to us having designated systems and controls in place for each individual client, I am sure you will not find a better company to deal with your requirements.
