If you're having any problems ordering, or have waited 24 hours and still haven't received your ringtone, please call our customer services number on 0870 444 7110 between 9am and 5pm Mon-Fri, 10am-4pm Sat-Sun where we will be happy to answer any questions.

To speed up your call, please ensure you have your order reference number before calling about an order that hasn't been received.

Before ordering a logo or a ringtone for your mobile, go to our Phone Check area to ensure that your model is compatible.

All new Nokia phones can have ringtones and logos sent to them. We also have ringtones for certain Sagem models.

 You can find your particular model by looking under your phone's battery, or checking your phone's instruction manual.

Where a phone can store more than one of a particular item, the number is indicated afterwards in brackets. Please check you don't order more items than your phone model will support!
