Let the chairs do the work…
Relax and enjoy the benefits of the state-of-the-art motorised and computerised chairs. Each exercise chair automatically works for you, gently targeting specific joints and muscles. So with little effort on your part, you will feel fitter and more mobile in no time at all.

Recommended by the experts…
These revolutionary and unique power-assisted chairs (currently the only ones in Hertfordshire) are recommended and supported by doctors, physiotherapists and fitness experts. Thanks to a fail-safe monitor, which adjusts to the users level, it is impossible to overstretch or strain, even if you are really out of condition at first.

The first Easy X chair offers an excellent cardio-vascular exercise using an individual arm rowing action to stimulate the heart rate and warm through the back and chest muscles. As with all Easy X equipment the motorised action is completely fail-safe and any risk of injury is eliminated. After starting here, clients can safely move on to the next exercise.
A leg extension exercise that strengthens the leg muscles and can provide extra mobility for knee joints. Clients can monitor their own level of fitness by the effort meter as they progress. The unique built-in heart rate monitor ensures they cannot overdo the exercise and harm themselves or the equipment.
Wonderful for the lower back and for achieving the much desired flat tummy, this exercise offers an abdominal crunch and simultaneous leg raise to tone and strengthen the mid section. The beauty of the Easy X System is that exercises such as this can be carried out with no risk of over stretching or straining.
Moving on to the upper body here's the way to correct those drooping shoulders by toning the upper chest. This chair is also popular for its hip reducing exercise that trims and firms the buttocks. A really good all round exercise chair that achieves noticeable results. Clients really appreciate the feel good factor they get from the toning effect of the Easy X Fitness System.
Another really effective workout for the hips and tummy, this is our most popular exercise chair. Using the Easy X System anyone can carry out this otherwise difficult exercise in complete confidence. Whatever the age group, clients can safely use any exercise chair to do as little or as much as they wish and still benefit from the experience.
Combining upper body exercises to strengthen the back, neck and shoulders with a leg press gives a very versatile exercise, ideal for improving general posture. Alternate arm and leg movements enhance the effectiveness of this exercise.
Yet another carefully designed chair that provides an arm curl exercise to strengthen and tine the upper arms, chest and shoulders. All Easy X chairs not only give a perfectly safe exercise but are designed to look and feel welcoming and friendly. With no heavy weights or massive metal parts to intimidate the user, the Easy X System looks as good as it performs, designed for the future of fitness.
A comfortable way to exercise the upper chest without extreme effort. Once again, the unique Easy X System ensures that there is no risk of injury, even if the client stops in the middle of an exercise, adapting to the client's efforts without snatching or jerking. Even if the client tries to resist, the chair will simply stop and wait to be reset - completely fail-safe in operation.
An excellent way to trim those inner and outer thighs safely and easily. Exercising alone or with friends, the Easy X Fitness System offers the opportunity for a social meeting place as well as somewhere to tone up. Our no-sweat exercise chairs mean no need to shower or change, ideal for the client in a hurry.
A trim waist is very desirable and this chair provides a safe, effective way of achieving one. Unlike the other systems the Easy X chair back turns with the client rather than using a revolving seat that can cause injury if used incorrectly. By offering such a safe, carefully designed exercise regime supervision can be carried out effectively by a minimal number of staff.
