  Description
Three large settlement lagoons totalling 125 acres for the Lee Flood Relief system plus Brackens Pool, a small enclosed gravel pit of 2.5 acres. The main lagoons are typical gravel pits containing numerous underwater features. Please note, this facility is shared with sailing clubs on two lagoons.

 
  Species
The fishery contains specimen Carp, Pike, Tench, Bream, Eels and Chub. For Carp find features such as bars, plateaux, holes in weed beds and gullies.

Tips
The main lakes are typical gravel pits containing numerous underwater features; hence location is the key to catching fish. Generally rigs with boilies over pellet or particles will produce. In warmer weather try surface fishing with Chum mixer.

 
  Restrictions
Two rods per angler limit is imposed on Brackens Pool, three rods maximum on the main lagoons. Anglers fishing in the vicinity must be aware of overhead power cables.
